Welcome to Heartz Desire.  If you continue to browse you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use which, together with our privacy policy, govern Heartz Desire's relationship with you.

The term Heartz Desire or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owners of the website.  The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Security

The Heartz Desire website in protected for secure payments via our trusted provider, Create Payments.  No record of your card or financial details are accessible to us.

Products

All of our box frames are handmade and personalised to suit your requirements.  Any personalisation is copy and pasted from the personalistion section of the order and therfore must be proof read by yourself to ensure 100% accuracy of what is to be printed on the frame.

Shipping

Our liability and legal duty only extends to the address as specified by you in the shipping details.  We accept no liability once delivery has taken place other than those defined by the distance selling rules.

Goods can only be shipped to the address specified at point of order.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all goods can be delivered to the address specified on the order (shipping address).  You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

First and Second Class delivery service is not a guaranteed timescale and deliveries may be delayed due to exeptional and/or unforeseen circumstances (for example and not limited to severe weather conditions, road traffic accidents preventing transport etc) and courier logistics.

We only ship orders within Mainland UK.  We do not accept orders from any other country outwith the United Kingdom.

Late/Lost Deliveries

Goods shall only be deemed as lost if not delivered to the provided shipping address by the end of the 10th working day after its due date of delivery, unless there is evidence to the contrary to demonstrate that the item has not been lost.

Cancellations and Returns

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

You must contact me within 14 days of receipt of the goods for any returns.

I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.  The only exeption to this is if a mistake has been made by myself with regards to the order.

If you wish to return a product due to a 'change of heart' the cost of the return will be borne by you, the customer.  However, if there is a fault, the return delivery cost will be borne by us.

All goods returned to us should be returned in suitable packaging and protected against postal damage.  Failure to comply with this request, or goods received back to us damaged through poor or innappropriate packaging, may only be subject to a partial refund, and potentially no refund, depending on the amount of damage as assessed by us.

We reserve the right to recoup reverse shipping charges in certain circumstances, including but not limited to, shippin address errors, declined acceptance on delivery to the given shipping address etc.
